General note on delivery in a post covid era….
While things, in general, are now back to what can be described as normal. Certain areas of the supply/delivery chain are still readjusting to the “new normal” this can mean our stated services are subject to changes sometimes at short notice….while we endeavour to communicate this ahead of time, royal mail strikes and covid positive drivers have been a familiar cause of slow deliveries in and out of our business. Even substantial businesses such as amazon with exceptional service are often not able to deliver in the way they once were. As stated, we see improvements however it is worth bearing in mind that like all businesses we are also at the mercy of other businesses/suppliers’ businesses in order to deliver in a timely manner!
Premium Bike delivery – (Currently only available within the M25)
In-store bikes can be purchased and shipped the same day within the M25, these bikes are fully assembled and ready to ride, in addition, we fit and supply any parts and accessories you may need!
Orders received by Midday on the day of required delivery will be shipped to you by our delivery driver, this delivery can then take place any time between midday on the day of purchase and 9.00 PM. Please ensure you are available to take delivery as missed deliveries will incur a surcharge payment to cover the cost.
This service is currently only available on bikes over £1500.00 and only those purchased by card/PayPal/finance all cycle scheme purchases are not eligible for this service
This service is only currently available within the M25….We do place to expand this service nationally in the future and we can accommodate the service nationally at an additional cost ( for details please call the store on 0208 508 1384 either pre or post-service to organise)
Bike delivery – FREE NATIONWIDE
Bicycles will be shipped - free of charge - as part of our bike delivery service, this often varies by location. We also have a range of flexible delivery options available so your bicycle delivery can be as quick and convenient as possible.
*Delivery is free to most areas of the UK but some off-shore locations and areas of Scotland and the Highlands may incur a surcharge of £44.99. Please check the shipping cost before checking out, these areas may also have an extended lead time.
If you are unable to accept delivery of your bicycle on the day specified then please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange delivery for a different day or request for the item to be left in a safe place.
Please note: you will be provided with an estimated delivery date at checkout, however, this is only an estimate and you will receive a confirmation email the afternoon that the bicycle is shipped.
Parts and Accessories and all other goods
Excluding bicycles - orders over £30 will be shipped - free of charge - on a 48-hour service as standard. For orders under £30, a £4.99 delivery charge applies. We also have an option of express 24-hour delivery (from the date of despatch) for £4.99 (orders over £30) or £9.99 for orders under £30.
These delivery thresholds apply to most of the UK, but some off-shore locations and areas of Scotland and the Highlands may incur a variable surcharge. Please check the shipping cost before checking out, these areas may also have an extended lead time.

Missing delivery…not received your parcel yet?
Firstly, please check to see if you have received an email from us, telling you your order has been sent. If you haven't received any emails confirming your order, then email us or give us a call at 0208 508 1384 and one of our customer service team will be able to help.
In the unlikely event that you've not had your item(s) delivered in the timeframe that was provided, please get in touch by calling 0208 508 1384 or emailing Orders@linkcycling.co.uk Make sure you've got your order reference number to hand (you'll find this in your order confirmation email).
Damaged goods….Damage in transit
If your items are damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as you have received them. If the packaging is visibly damaged, then please do not sign for the goods. We can't be held responsible for damage caused by the courier after a package has been signed for. If you do not have the opportunity to inspect the delivery. You must inform us via email of any such problems within 7 working days.
Please note: if you have instructed the courier to leave your package on your doorstep or in another insecure place, we cannot claim for missing items or damage to your package. We therefore strongly recommend that you ask the courier to leave your package with a trusted neighbour or collect it from a local delivery depot.
All goods are inspected prior to delivery, with detailed records being held for all goods over £1000 in value.
